POSITION DESCRIPTION
Recom Corp International is seeking experienced senior and mid level consultants and technical specialists to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning of projects across our areas of operation.
Consultants may also be engaged as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support technical reviews, project assessments, proposal development, institutional strengthening, and strategic advisory assignments.

Responsibilities
- Developing project concepts, technical approaches, and implementation strategies
- Designing data collection tools and methodologies
- Leading and supporting data collection activities
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Designing and implementing assessments, evaluations, and research
- Preparing high quality technical reports and recommendations
- Supporting monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems
- Developing logical frameworks and theories of change
- Facilitating participatory planning, validation, and learning processes
- Building the capacity of project teams and institutions
- Providing technical advice and subject matter expertise
- Supporting urban infrastructure planning, design, and development

Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field with at least seven years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least ten years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated technical expertise relevant to the consultancy area
- Proven experience leading, coordinating, and delivering complex or large scale technical assignments
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in evaluation design, data analysis, and interpretation
- Excellent technical, proposal, and report writing skills
- Strong communication, presentation, training, and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with governments, UN agencies, international NGOs, development partners, donors, or private sector organizations is highly desirable
