- Coordinated boycotts of customers, suppliers or competitors
- Any agreement or understanding that restricts or distorts competition
Interactions with Competitors
Employees must exercise caution in any interaction with competitors — including at industry events, trade associations and joint bids. When in doubt, seek advice from the Legal or Compliance team before proceeding.
Reporting
Any suspected breach of this policy or of applicable competition laws must be reported immediately through our confidential reporting channels.
